Shipping Policy

At Maple Vancouver, we’re committed to delivering your order promptly and reliably — because when you find something you love, waiting shouldn’t be part of the experience.


Where We Ship

  • We currently ship exclusively within Canada.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


Processing & Delivery Time

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Order Processing: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays)

  • Standard Delivery: 2–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location within Canada

  • Courier Services: Orders are delivered via trusted Canadian carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or FedEx, depending on location and parcel size

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your parcel.


Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders within Canada — no minimum spend required

  • We do not currently offer expedited or next-day delivery options

  • No hidden charges — the price you see at checkout is what you’ll pay


Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Incorrect Address?

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to update your order before it ships.

If your order has already been dispatched to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • It cannot be refunded or reshipped until the package is returned to us by the courier.

  • Once returned, we’ll reach out to arrange redelivery (additional postage charges may apply).
